Hot Site – Agree 2
Today’s Hot Site is a little different from the types of sites I normally choose. It’s not flashy, or even nice to look at for that matter. But it has something on it that we all need. The first rule that all freelancers should know (but that no one bothers to teach you) is that you need to protect yourself legally. But also, not only do you need to protect yourself but protect your client as well. And in all of this social media madness that seems to be the driving force of business these days, it’s getting harder to draw the line between business and friendship and that fuzzy line can cause a lot of headache and lost money in the long run. The way to redraw that line is here with the Agree 2 website. On this site you will find loads of templates to help you come to a written, rather than verbal agreement between you and your business partner, or you and your client. And what’s great about Agree 2 is that you and your second party can each make changes to the agreement in real time through the website, killing all the time it takes to pass documents back and forth. Once you and your party are finished writing the agreement, you click a button and both of you get a copy of the final agreement in your email inbox. Also, if you run into any sort of questions, they have a support page supported by Get Satisfaction for you to get your answers.
A lot of the times people do not want to "bother" with written agreements, but it only takes one time for you to realize that the maybe it’s not such a bad idea after all. So, if you are a freelancer in any way, then click the pic and bookmark this site. Trust me you will need it!

Looks like this can also be used for roommate agreements, property sublets, and a whole bunch of other things. Sounds great!
Nice review.
Yes, Lil Bekerman, you are right. Agree2 can be used for all kinds of agreements.
And you can create an account for free to use it.
