Happy Monday everyone! I hope everyone had a good weekend. If you don’t know yet, today is world wide Blue Beanie Day. What the heck is Blue Beanie Day you ask? It’s a show of support for the Web Standards Project or WaSP. Thousands of designers and developers across the globe will be wearing either a real blue beanie, or skull cap, or ski cap, or knit hat, or an illustration, in support of the project and then uploading a picture of themselves in their hat to the Blue Beanie Flickr group or to their social media platform of choice.

The WaSP is pretty important to those of us that practically live on the web because those involved work really hard with browser developers, web program developers (like Adobe), and loads of developers to help decrease costs, decrease complexities, and help increase the longevity of websites throughout the changes of technology. Without this project web development would be very slow and aggravating.

So for today’s new content I have 25 blue beanie illustrations! Five styles each in various sizes. Pick the one that works for you and plaster it on your photo or avatar and show your support! All you have to do is click the pic! :D
